D Simmons Jendayi is a Brooklyln-based organizational development strategist who uses the power of social impact to build diverse and equitable cultures of inclusion. She has loved Prince from jump; always mesmerized by the way Prince’s life and music help underserved and marginalized people recognize their worth and feel centered. D serves as Associate Director of Special Initiatives for the Liberal Studies Dean’s Office at New York University and is an alumna of Stanford University.
